7 day reward pack

I did not receive the 7th day reward pack I got the 6th one then it sent me back to day one I didn't even get ichigo or any of the rewards for 7th day and it says when I get back to day 7 I still wont get ichigo
anyone else having this problem

i just want to know have any of u that claimed that u didnt get the 7day reward been compensated for it or got it later on or do they just ingore u2

im on eu116 i have not recieved any of the awards and im on day 8 i mean i got the small daily log ins but no zanpakto book no gem pack and no ichigo
