anyone know how main control skill works?

here goes, there are some OP players remove partners when register for CSB these days.. but their main stay strong (strong enough to wipe out your team, so i have to survive some rounds from his AoE attacks

how to defeat him? I try stunning him and damage him little by little..
the thing is, eventhough the description says that 100% control chance for main control skill, I can't stun him with my main skill
(my main quality is still yellow but his is red, my yoruichi stun works sometimes for him but I'm not talking about yoru's stun here as it is a little different between her skill and main's control skill)
i even used lv80 spirit forged str accessories, so chance+% my main get from accessories is better than yoruichi (she equipped non-spirit forged lv80 str accessories)
is there really any connection between quality color and stun chances?
because event partner dojo have red quality enemies and they are immune to control

(in the end i defeated him with -def skill )

anyone who knows please share, thanks

if it really only target VG, how about going VG killer route with this skill against stacked VG?

i think u'll need it sometimes in Kings of Hollow souls... but it's really hard to stun those guys ...

it worked for me in the lv 50 hard instance stage 13/14 the double dragon claw

maybe lvl difference is an issue.

about affecting only VG if i remember right I can stun someone with it and he's few lvs higher than me and can win the battle easy (but I forgot what is his quality color)

Main control skill seems to work only on Vanguard to control enemy main best partners are gin/harribel (deduct fury + stun ) shin/daig toshiro (makes assaulters unable to attack unless 100% fury), shini ura (if main is solo will stop fury skill), isshin (void takes out assaulters) are all good counters vs main.

Try to use fury deducting/stunn/silence chars? (or you can for the aid skill, should help alot)

Stun + fury dedcution
- Shihouin Yoruichi / Aizen (tavern)
- Momo / Tier Harribel / Gin

Fury deduction
- Ikkaku

Silence
- Shinigami uruhara

Some character that can help you from your opponent using his fury skill.
Just use uruhara + one of those (you need enought fury stones or make them faster)
and use unuhona just to heal your team to secure the kill
