I want to upgrade to 10th division captain and i have for sure all the prestige i need but nothing,i cant and many more other players have the same problem

did you ever get the arena rank reward chest in arena?? bcoz you can upgrade your rank fast by getting the arena rank reward chest.

post a screen shot bro maybe isnt a bug and you still need prestige but you dont realize that
