Simple thing: How to advance from 13th division to 12th division at Soul Palace?

(Assume chara is 55+ already so please cut answers like: you need get to 55)

It's very similar to the Lost Tower on UN. You can only explore on tower per day.

they day you want to move up to 12th you cant do any floors in 13th or hold tai rites

I waited till next day and it's still closed for me. Does clearing any floor form 13th div or holding any of three places in tai rites could prevent from unlocking next div?

when you are level 55, wait till the next day.

you can only choose one palace a day, so when the next day comes go to the palace and choose to enter the 55 one.
