I tried to contact bleach support by pressing the "Support Button" while logged in to my account.
And..... it doesn't work.. i need to talk to support ASAP. go some things to discuss. can someone help me? T_T pretty please?

Don't waste your time, Charlie is the only person on support and he will have thousands of emails to go through.

He can't keep up with all the problems in the game so stopped responding a long time ago
