It was for a valentines like event where if you got flowers for having/buying certain things and you used those flowers to exchange for shini yoruichi and shini urahara. If you got both partners you would get the title.

That kenpachi title is kinda op but I'd rather not pay for it so I'll stick with the permanent titles. My server's been helping people get triple crown so I have that now and just today i got lucky since i was the only quincy in ES and was able to just barely get the 85% damage for the Extreme bp title
