when i created account and play it loads verywell and i created a char but suddenly the game got Freeze so i did is refresh

Even if i refresh or clear cache the game load still Froze at 97% or 50above% and even worse is it wont load anymore please wait ...10mins?
Lastly
Please fix my problem i really want to play this game and im new here so please help me fix this
