How Hollow souls work exactly (I know theres a thread about this explaining with screenshoots and stuff but didnt understand it very well)

If anyone could be kind enough to explain me how this feature works exactly .-. i dont wanna make any mistakes.

everyday u get 10 or so if u already beat a stage so each day u get stronger!

I'd say it goes more on your lineup than BP although I'd say 185k BP+. I'm currently at 173k and I've only defeated Ulquirra 1v1 1 time and that's it. (Pure luck by RNG). I still need more crit and or counter. Might be better defence. Anyway they are really strong so it will require quite some time before regular people can take them down

Well basically, there are 3 main fights. Each win you get souls from each specific espada/boss. All give different types of "souls" and after you win every "Main" fight you get an amount of "souls" or whatever they are called. You can use these to upgrade your character. But before you can start upgrading with each you need to defeat the last "Main" boss. For each type of "soul" If this is not what you meant please be more specific.
