Shin Toshiro Modify Bug

I have all requirements for 1st modify star of Shin Toshiro but when i press modify button it says that i dont have enough materials. It's ridiculous cause it took me almost 3 months to get the modify fragments. Does anyone has this bug also?  GoGames pls fix it....

your not the only one bro everyone in this game have that problem, some say gogames haven't implemented it yet (modding swp partners).
