Level 80 Formation

Hey all just a few questions here regarding my upcoming lvl 80.
I am currently 79, VIP 6, likely to hit 80 tomorrow at ES. What I wanted to know really regards who I should recruit from tavern.
Currently I run a Hogyo-kai level Sogyo zan with this lineup:
Toshiro - Vanguard
Main (10th Skill)/Shin Grimmjow - Assaulter
Cute Ori/Yoruichi - Support
I also have Rukia for PvE that can be final modded tomorrow as well.

What I really want to know though, is whether Kisuke is a good buy from Tavern still since in PvE events I already have the 2 nonstop fury generating supports? I know in the long run he will outclass Rukia but is that really a concern at this moment? From what I thought is I would be best getting Ikkaku, since unmodded Grimmjow does me no huge favors, and then byakuya for my PvP in a few days with the extra rewards from Ikkaku bonus in PvE. I

I was leaning towards Ikakku cause I have to swap Gear between Toshi/Renji for PvE atm, (forgot to mention that), and Ikkaku would be a nice buff for both PvP and PvE like you said, more so PvE atm since I just today started to be able to beat Grimmjow mod dojo. As far as Byakuya though, I wanted to get him because saving coupons for Ulquiorra doesn't seem like a wise choice over, say, using them on Kenpachi in a couple weeks when I hit 90, cause I eventually plan on gettin Senbonzakura or Hyorinmaru.

You can get kisuke and early unlock his mods and getting fragments or get ikkaku. His abilitys are both pvpe/pvp increase own fury, if your opponent have a trouble vanguard like toshiro or nnoitra fury decrease is best and his last mod is %12 combo rate is good also.For byakuya i dont prefer him swp ulqiorra is better than him in my opinion

You only have 2 assaulters for PVE?  You should be running a 2-3-0 formation for PVE.  My advice is to get sexy yoroichi, if you can.  I see you got cute orihime, sogyo and toshiro, so try to get sexy yoroichi, she's very good for pve.  If you can't, ikkaku would be a good choice too, because with cute orihime and rukia, you could be skilling every turn, depending on crits, I may be wrong.

I'm jealous, sogyo, cute orihime and toshiro, hmm not bad.  Add sexy yoroichi to the mix and you will have a solid pve team.
