Best ways to utilize Isshin

So, since a number of us have him now, what is your opinion / strategy that makes best use of Isshin?

During Ryoka today:

My speed setup:  Shinso -> Isshin -> CSB Byakuya -> Main -> Stark

Zabimaru Zanpaktou
Main w/ 8th Skill, Level 18
Shinso -> Isshin -> CSB Byakuya -> Isshin -> Main -> CSB Byakuya -> Main -> Stark
#=> 43 ~ 46m dmg

Zabimaru Zanpaktou
Main w/ 9th Skill, Level 19
Shinso -> Isshin -> CSB Byakuya -> Isshin -> Main -> CSB Byakuya -> Main -> Starrk
#=> 48 ~ 52m dmg


That extra 15% dmg from Main's skill stacks with Zabimaru, and it seems to be dealing more damage than a 100% combo

Tomorrow I'm going to try to change my attack speeds to :
Shinso -> Isshin -> Main -> CSB Byakuya -> Starrk

I'm thinking that by having my Main go 2nd w/ 9th will apply the 15% buff, and result in a higher damage output

What ways are you best utilizing your Isshin?

Skill 2 base => 170%
Skill 5 base => 190%

I was thinking of the same thing, skill 5 has highest base damage, but only for your main, doesnt apply to other partners? I use skill 9 because it adds attack to assaulters while my zangetsu add damage.

I dont think any debuff works on ES and ryoka... Correct me if I am wrong.

I lowered my Isshin's speed so that I could watch what happens when Shura Kenpachi gets to attack.
And damn.  That -75% break defense rate is crucial.  When my Starrk attacked all, it got blocked by 4/5 of his partners

... with ur stats and partner only 43-46m ryoka? weird... u can hit till 110-120m ryoka if u know the trick

ES debuff only work def reduce and break def reduce(shura ken)
