Modify -> can surpass 90% max limit, but can go only to 100%

When it's said that the max limit of crit, block, dodge is 90% why after cultivation it goes only to 100%?
It should go unlimited, 90% is the max limit, you can't set 2 max limits of 1 thing.

i think he didnt understand by the stats that have the 90% cap.

@OP, 100% crit means you WILL do crit. so there is no need for a 101%+ crit. same goes for block, dodge etc
now there are some stats whose % can be reduced by these above stats
eg counter, 100% counter means you WONT get any crit attacks as dmg from opp, but if your opp has crit % then it means you will get counter%-opp.crit% as your actual counter%, hence counter% goes beyond 100%. the same goes to break defence(vs block), hitrate(vs dodge)
