SWP partners Answer and CSB partners Question

It's better to recruit SWP partners on the cap level..
Some people said that its not true based on their theory without any evidence but now I give you a solid one.

I recruited Aizen when I was lvl119 and got him as lvl110.
So basically its better to recruit HMA partners that you don't want to use now on the CAP level.


Question about CSB partners

Is it better to recruit them on the cap level or their lvl won't change if mine is higher?

yup BYA come lvl 70 no matter what your level is in fact all partners does so basiccly you're 122 and get yoru she will be lvl 65 even you're 122 and same for bya , ken , aizen except aizen is lvl 80 cz he needs lvl 100 to be unlocked

ok let me explain you lead level is just a freakin wrong number that make ppl be confused bassicly aizen's coupons unlock at lvl 110 so when you get him he will just be the lvl you saw his coupons at so it don't have to do with lead level or anything well let's say you got all coupons from espada treasure and got enough ( which no one will atm ) ok then if you're lvl 90 you can get him and yes he wil be lvl 110 since bassicly the level you exchange his coupons at is still same so you get him

FOR CBS parterns its different Curls
I think they come at 70 but am not 100% sure
