Special War Power Partners Modification

As there any reason why I can't modify any of the SWP partners?  I get the error message stating not enough material when clearly I do, please advise.

you know they actually can't change our mod  for swap partners as they tried and somehow it shut down too much stuff i don't know why as their was a post about it but some how it was removed but not put back

I think it's funny that we can't modify but on the "black market" mod fragments are offered

Can we plz fix this bug with the upgrading of the special war powers characters cause it keeps saying don't have the mats but i do here is a SS.


This has been messed up from the beginning we shouldn't have to wait yrs for a fix plz.

Maybe someone should get a hold of the (ANONYMOUS) and tell them about how this company is ripping off it costumer and not giving any costumer servis .  they are all about bring down companions that treat there costumers like crap.

Um if you look carfully you dont have enough basic or advanced mats to upgrade. You are short 2 basic and 6 advanced mats.
That could be the reason you cant modify your partner.
