it says it will heal your character for a % equal to the dmg it dealt towards your opponent.
Best usage of it would be on characters that attack the whole team of your opponent.
for example:
- Main (10th skill)
- Stark ( revive might still be better, depending on your dmg output)
- Aizen swp/csb
- Ulquiorra
- ..
