So by now ive figured the more you use auto attack the more the number of times decreases ... is their any way to get it back up?

to get vitality:
you can do 5 times in beauty game (just refresh the girl with vitality or vitality+silver)
shacking with girlfriend
from sushi bar thingy
purchasing when you are vip
and you regenerate 3 every 30 minutes or 6 every hour

by regenerating more Vitality
you need it to fight

you'll regen 6 Vitality per hour
