i cant get in the game

hello
am in europe.
when i start the game after chosing the server.
it charges the server then am left with just a black screen with just the head of the teddy bear on the botom right corner
can someone help me please?

try cleaning ur browser cache and be sure that the flash player is in the lattest version if that doesnt work try another browser i would suggest either Google Chrome / Mozilla
