Support Not Responding To Mail

Hi Guys. I Came Through A Problem While Playing The Game. It Says "Warning Do Not Use Any BOT Or Other Ware This Causes U To Abnormally Disconnect" . Since I Do Not Use Any Of Those Things The Game Disconnects Me . When I Mail About It To The Support , They Do Not Respond . I've Been Waiting For The Reply Since 3 Days And I Didnt Get It P)lease Take Care Of This

Thats happens in my work computer because it have AVG antivirus, i just disable it and i can play. If u dont have AVG im pretty sure is another antivirus, just diable it while u play.
