hello mam/sir im new here...i cant even play the game...its always black window their's no loading or something just black window..please help me thanks

If you cleared catch, tried updating flash player, tried a different browser and nothing is working, it's more than likely a setting somewhere in your PC, I've been trying to investigate into it but have no answers for now, when I asked support about this they mentioned trying on another PC just to see if it works, if that's the case then it's something with the first PC.

yare and we alrdy cleaned browser and cockies and reinstalled flashplayer and everything else

Well as lucky as I am to get in the game takes 20-30 minutes to load one battle....

3 days and no help from support just wow reminds me of gameforge those guys took 2 weeks to reply

as NeoDecimo said , if may i add.. set ur firefox proxy into Autumatic proxy configuration url .. Option>Advance Setting>network> set Automatic proxy configuration url..

Well not sure if this will help but here are a few things you can try,
1) Multiples refreshes
2) Clearing Cache
3) Upgrading Flash player
4) Try different browsers (Maxthon browser recommended)
5) Last is clearing cookies (Donot try this if any of the above works).
