Umm, if you are talking about the lv40 ultimate set, than 50 gold is better, but if you are talking about the 60+ ultimate sets, then well ._.

for main use lvl 50 set cuz of the fact tat it gives more stats and dump ultimate set on someone el,se

If you are talking about the initial ultimate set (Rangiku shop), then Level 50 Gold set have better set attributes.
You can just hover your mouse to the gold and ultimate and compare their set buffs and see for yourself ;)
