Does anyone know if there is any working hack tools? Nothing to steal accounts, just to gain resources.

There are actually ways to hack the game. The guy who played for LivingGod was a Russian hacker who even made a video how he accessed GM window where he could choose players and add resources, send compensation etc etc
But people who can do this arent that numerous so in this case I would go with UBP for demon ichi and csb for white ichi, not sure now if white ichi was in ubp and even though he is pretty expensive in csb, vip0 could still get him playing long enough.

UBP my friend, white Ichi was given out in another version of bleach online long ago, and demon Ichigo was released not long ago (here, not sure when he came out there)

got f2ps on my server with shini kensei, shuhei, ichebe, tensa, senbon, muramasa, and now several with Hikifune as well...

it would be very hard for f2p to do, but white ichi is also available from CSB for 12000 stones

On the Server I am playing there is a player who is vip lvl6 but has only top character, shin daiguren touchirou, haschwalth, raijin yoruichi, bankai kenpachi, bankai genryusai, a zampakutou ryujin jakka and almost all lvl 12 hogus and all his Spirits stones lvl 12 too, i wanted to know how this is possible.
And it happened that player appeared with zanpakutou and some top characters from day to night
