What do you is the best time to top up?
Also, when do you think you have best chance of getting partners for 0 cash or a bit of cash (UBP isnt included since its a vit saving event preety much)

Yeah i decided to do that till i get 2 partners with T1, then ill be a F2P guy

In Puzzle event you Top Up and you get 1 point = 1gold. You can get Lv10 stones 6000 points, Lv9 32 ...

XD that's why i said if we ever get the one in CN

it's the same but they have a bunch of people for 3600 points

that might be the cheapest event to get Sexy Yoruichi...either that or Strongest King where she's 5k gold

nononono u should never pay gold for a partner. you want to get them as a "bonus" or what some like to call it.. "free" after doing certain tasks like spending 20k on stones and getting shinso gin for "free"

I do like the game so topping up a bit isnt harmful. Tho I see ppl with Shinji Assaulter Or Rangik ...
