I purchased my second Ultimate set and as i clicked close I noticed a Receive Reward for doing so.. but now I can't get back to it as the whole thing has disappeared... so how do I get my reward now?

Did you claim the reward? Check your inventory bag, if you're speaking of Nan partner, she's in your bag and you have to click on her to "receive".
