Find highest exp for a normal battle at your current level. That is where it's going to help you the most.
If you are trying to get your BP up do instances to get level 50 materials early and start forging your gear as soon as you can.
Also do hunting so you can spirit forge all your gear once you get enough materials for level 50 gear.
