So im just wondering, im lvl 91, yet in the swp i can still only see toshiro , nel , renji and grimmjow coupons available for purchase thats it, at what dam lvl do i start to see ulqoira, kenpachi , etc coupons? i tryed reseting it and that didnt change anything, do i need to buy something before it adds them or what?

You'll get Kenpachi coupons at lvl 100, Aizen at 110. As for Uli, if i remember, you'll see them at 95
