Shinji mod soul bugged? Cant lvl it anymore?

I can't lvl it anymore

why is that? I got 3 at 70 and 2 at 69 and those 69 been for like alot.. it should be 70 long time ago..

any explanation?

then onli u can lvl it up again...

mine r at lvl 85 the highest 1...

if i recall, the upgrades points are lvl30 50 n 80, normally should be able to farm those lvl69 without upgrade, as for lvl70 i don't remember if there is an upgrade condition again or not

i think after the recent changes, there are many such complaints for shinji mod at lvl 69. if so , its ggs gift to all, hope everyone enjoys it

you can't upgrade lvl69 nor lvl70 mod souls.. the upgrade is available at lvl80

could be a way of ggs telling all to start modding the new ones instead
