question about panthera

Hi guys


I need you for a litle question about panthera's skill...

I know that his skill decreases ennemy's defense by 15% , but is it cumulative ?
I explain , in csb , earlier this afternoon, i 've fought a guy with panthera . His first skill deals around 13K on my Koma , his second one deals around 34K , the third one around 60K...

so it's 15% every turn ?

that's why 9th skill is definitely better for Ryoka now
