Bakkōtō Amagai (Partner Suggestion)

This was suggested by MikeDragneel. I personally enjoy doing the partner suggestions, and got together with my friend who I will code name "Je Kuraku" and put together some stats and abliltes, and created a red reshi tavern vanguard. Details are below.                                                                                                                                                                                   LV.120 Red Reshi Tavern

                    Wisdom:       3.3
Modify:
             Tier 1: Increase HP by 12%
             Tier 2: Increase Counter rate by 8%
             Tier 3: Increase block by 10% (Can surpass 90% limit blah blah blah)
             Tier 4: Increase Physical ATK by 8%
             Tier 5: Immune to Break Defense
             Tier 6: When attacked has a 21% chance to stun

120 tavern will not be red.  If you look at the progression of partners ranks, level 120 tavern will be S class golds...  red won't start till probably around level 160...  you have S, S+, SS, (probably 2 levels of SS as Shinso is not the same as Smart Nanao, yet both are SS) Then you have a third SS, this time red (probably on par with B Rukia), Then your SSS red... leaving the Mugetsu, TSI, and 0 Div style partners for level 170 tavern, maybe even 180 tavern  It sucks, but it's reasonable...  by then we will need a separate HMA for higher ranked partners...  dude, with some time, and even a small fraction of the money GoGames makes, I would have a lot more done then they do I'd imagine

Yeah I know what you mean about the sword. I think the only filler saga that was good was the Zanpakuto saga.

Could've made him a bit more OP.

For a level 120 red reshi tavern vanguard that counters like a mother f#@ker, I think it pretty good. Anything more would be like level 130 tavern or event.

I don't think it was Yagami. I hadn't met him yet, but oh well. I don't have Isshin so wouldn't do me any good.
