So, Can u tell me if it's bettrer to give break defense to my assault' earlier (caract' who do more dmg), or I can up break def' spirit stone for everyone at same time?

Depend on your formation, but it's better to focus them on assaulter first. Your support aren't there to deal damage but to put cc or heal, so they don't really need break defense for the beginning. You can put lv1-2-3 on your support so they still have a break defense rate and give the remaining stones to your assaulter
