When I get Shino Pill from Dark Memory IV it does not appear in inventory to be applied to Evolution! Help on this issue please!

The further you go into evolution the harder it becomes. Items have to be synthesized. You asked about the Shino Pill, you need 5 fragments in order to form a complete Shino Pill. Once you do that you will be able to use it!

you have to get 5 fragments to make one for evo.
