Yeah rukai is already relesed well only on mods and that you cant get her yet. look in modify on eve ...

oh, it's all in chinese writing to look at the mods, so i guessed it's only been released in other regions? Other than that, i've definitely not seen her at all, and would be quite nice for her to show up again! ^^
