Mid 50s+ PvP team (supports help)

So I've been thinking about mid tier PvP as our server has many 50/60s now, it seems like the ability Orihime does is quite useless mainly due to the fact that everyone around this rank plays anti-heal.

Do you think a group of; Rukia/Momo, Rukia/Nanao or Momo/Nanao would be the strongest? Or maybe you prefer Orihime's healing.

If you want to break enemy VG, then use anti-healing skill, plus renji, rukia, and kaien(lol don't under estimate his skill, lowers defense for 15%). Also You need to have a good tank VG to pull this one. So better get sado and modify him to at least 2stars.

If you want to break enemy assaulters, then use 6th skill for main, then ichigo and lisa, plus rukia. If enemy has momo, then use 4th skill(anti stun). You can also replace lisa with momo if you like.

My personal choice? Lol, I would use ichigo, main and renji, plus rukia, with a super tanky sado. Renji alone, if built right can break enemy VG specially with crit.
Why I use this? Coz this would allow me to use 4th skill(yeah the anti-healing, because it has the highest dmg at your disposal, even more if youupgrade it). So yeah I  go for the highest dmg. Also stun from momo is not an issue, just workout your accessory, always always pair them lol. And don't forget to lvl up your reiatsu. Coz low reiatsu means you suck at pvp.

Lol, peace, all these are just my personal thoughts.

IDK bout you guys but i run a 2-2-1 formation with double rukia. Dark and normal. im lvl 57 and it works pretty well for me.

best team early game for pvp
support: momo and orihime support= stunning slows your enemies damage output and many use 3 assaulters at this level so you have a high chance of stunning a good portion of their team. There is not a lot of antihealing either so you will have much higher survivability with orihime in place....there is very good synergy between these two characters..one increases your survivability and the other decreases your enemy damage, a good combo to use.

assaulters: main + renji..renji does the most damage of any assualter until lvl 80..some will say rangiku is better because of her high crit but the truth is top players have a lot of counter stones so she wont do a lot of damage at all and without crit she is bad. Ichigo and Lisa are not even close to being better than renji.

vanguard: sado is your best bet until lvl 70.

u recruit orihmne and momo is a must. That's because orihmne and momo teamed up gave player hard time beating. like for example orihmne heals and momo stun that gives u huge advantage to win. because u stop healing but momo stunned u but stopped stun orihmne healed. Orihmne and momo teamed up with sado and renji annoy players the most.
