What to do with Replaced Partners?

Its been 30 days since i started playing and i'm about to get Tavern Ikkaku which is going to replace my Tavern Renji, i've used Tavern Renji for everything, PVP and PVE. so its safe to assume its the same lvl as my Main, but i'm going to be replacing him, and the question is, what can I do with him? dismiss him? is it possible to transfer his EXP to other partner like inheriting equip/gears? if so, how? or just save him to use him as a Bond Partner or a replacement for HM runs?

You should use Renji for events till you get a 2nd Assaulter, ie Kenpachi. Run 2-3-0 in ES-Ryoka gonna boost your dmg a bit.  Also try to not dissmiss any partner at all, cause you don't know the future requirments of bond. 3 weeks ago I made the mistake of dissmissing a lot of partners, just to tidy my account, and now I feel like I lost about 10k reishi haha.

Also you can use parnters as a storage for stones and some hogu cause backpack slots can be limited. I use my grimm and unohana like that, can save me about 50 slots, till I get enough stones to fuse what I want and use them

2. if u dismiss u regain 10% of the reishi u spend on him ie 20 pruple reishi
3. unfortunatly no, it is made on purpose to make u spend more reishi on exp books;
4. it is ur best call, he'll come handy when ur ikkaku dies during HM battles.

PS: Ikkaku gonna be lvl70 when u recruit
