A quick question

So I've been playing for 3 days now and am lvl 44 kido weapon user and have a decent weapon.
however, I only have 2 kido weapons, the one I started out with I think and the one I bought from the shop with gold. as such, I only have one very bad weapon to give to nemu. even when fortified to the max it isnt very good. quests only give me silver and exp now and the only shop I see that has a kido weapon is the same one i bought for my main character. isnt there a way to get a decent weapon other than the 50 gold one from the ultimate equipment shop?

at lvl 50 you will make good gear at the forge.

where do I get the resources to make stuff btw? I can only make boots and this cloak
