[Bond][In Battle] CSB Bya - Attribute 3 [query]

ok so what am i missing here? i tried the opposite way mentioned too(pic left), just to be sure that is not the problem. anyone completed this?

you have to bind them in the order that is shown. for eg
if you unlocked isshin's first 2 attributes, and if you want to upgrade his second attribute, you have to bind s.rangiku and b.rukia
Edit - s.yorui is the 4th partner, means if you bind her(to bind her u have to bind the 3rd ie yama too along with the first two), and then only will you be able to upgrade an activated attribute.

Because I am able to increase the attack of my kisuke when I bonded him with gin and I completed all his training assignments but only that. The other 2 I am not able to increase. Do I need to bond him with those other two patners to be able to increase the other bonuses? I also tried bonding my shini urahara with zabimaru renji and gamuza nel but I am not able to increase the speed attribute which is the only one I unlocked because the other two are simply impossible for me atm. The same goes for isshin. I unlocked first 2 bonuses and tried bonding him with sexy yoruichi but I am not able to increase them.

if you have the bond partners together in battle you get the bonus aswell
