The amount of Fragments required for partners is stupid!!!!!

It's really not smart to make it this hard.. to get fully modded partners u will need at least 3 years .. So in another way you will never get a fully MODED partner cuz of this insane and crazy amount of fragments required cuz by that time a lot of partners will be released and u will change ur partner so when will I get fully moded partner?

I kinda like having to wait, because it encourages people to commit to a certain character and not just buy a new one spend a bunch of gold and win every battle. Also it feels much greater to finally get a max modded character this way. Some characters have a bit stupid requirements with the ammount of frags needed, i am ok if they lower the bar on those slightly.

If you'd just go and look at the available moddification period.. you'd notice they changed it to 08/08/2016

Unless the early gamers gets a compensation equal to the amount of time spent to mod their partners, it would not be fair for the new gamers like me to have it easy.
