Top-up Gold Issue.

Hi, I already sent an e-mail to support@ but I didn't receive any answer yet.

Yesterday I made 3 Top-ups *5$ but i only received 2 only (400G instead of 600G).

I have Pic to the CashU transaction and to my account in-game.

They said here that it could talk up-to few hours so i waited 24hrs, and still didn't get it.

I did a top up of 200 USD about 30 mins ago by Visa and i did not get my gold and the money was taken from my bank account, i have done other top ups before and the gold went to the account right away

I play on us server 42. I just made a $30 purchase and haven't received my gold yet. I checked my card and it has been charged $30 so i know it went through.

same thing happen to me also, top up 5d 1st then, 5d for the 2nd time, but on the 2nd try it says fail but the money in my account was deducted, could someone help me.

Maybe CashU declined your payment. Did you check your profile?
