Can't Top-Up need help

From the two websites that are available atm, which are OffGames and Gate2Shop, I can't get gold. I have tried both sites multiple times and can't get gold from either of them and the payments never go through. If there is an alternate way of paying for gold I would love to know considering nothing is working.
