Help - Conquest - Stuck on Hoozukimaru Nightmare Mode

I'm willing to take any suggestions.. I been trying to figure out combo's of partners and gear since reset last night..

The requirements are:

1 Female character survive.
Main character finish with less than 70% HP (assume dead counts)
Ikkaku helper does at least 50% damage
Only 1 Assaulter survive..

My female partners: S. Rangiku, Cute orihimie, D.Rukia, Sxy Yoru, Shin Yoru, and Unohana Retsu

TBP of 1.9M.. not sure if PVP BP is used here but 2.5M

Um.. my gear is set for 1-3-1 formations, however if needed I can put Assaulter gear on Supports (they just wont be doing damage)

Friend there must have 3 women behind them are just no good if you got back in the center reads well.
