Is nel good for vip0?

I am lvl 53, vip0. I know that I can't upgrade anyone in swp (only renji). So is nel good to get?

don't even bother with hma as a f2p, all the free ones suck

I would top-up, but I can't. If there would be option to top-up by phone I will top up.

This game isn't good for VIP0, lol.  I hate to say it, but this game is the largest pain in the ass ever if you can't spend a couple bucks on it.  It's a huge huge huge time sink.

Nel is pretty crappy as a partner, she becomes dramatically better in her upgraded form... as do basically all the SWP partners.  But for a VIP0 she's OK... but a VIP0 will never compete in any way anyhow, you'll be losing to everyone all the time.
