you need both rukia and kisuke for ikkaku to outdamage "Pantera grimmjow" so instead of both rukia and kisuke you can use ukitake and kisuke you will have much more damage instead of using ikkaku and ruki/kisu
if you're talking about normal grimmjow then ikkaku is better since you can put gold treasure and hygo on him and he's faster to mod and he has bond with other partners while normal grim doesn't
IMO ikkaku is better then Grimm 1st form, pantera its like kenny so just spend ur hueco mundo coins in coupons for noza if u are VIP 5 or aizen (even with his 1st form he still a must to have in ur formation), and get uryuu
