He's great and all, but he should only be used greatly for things like Hollow Map or extensive PVP
what i mean by extensive PVP is that if you're partners are already in trouble of being able to say one-shot someone, or at least having another person that does AOE damage will help you significantly (Whilst damage per turn due to ignite) then get him, other than that, don't get him xD
almost any partner is viable, but some are more viable than others. Barragan is a partner you pick up if you want to be different than everyone else or to prove he isn't worthless. he isn't a min/max partner, but can be effective if you the put the time into his development.
