Growth rates

I have always wondered how significant growth rates effect stats/stones/hogus

say for example
kenpachi unohaha nas
STR 3.3
Wis 3.8
AGI 3.8
HP 3.3

and true shikai ichigo has
4.9
4.6
4.8
5.5

how much more bonuses do they get from stones and gear etc..
is it a 10% bonus per additional 1.0 growth and so on?
has anyone figured this out?

From what I've seen growth rates only have an effect on how much of each stat they gain upon leveling up. I don't know how the numbers actually work but they don't appear to affect your stat gains from any equip-ables of any sort.

Also they are rather significant as far as how much they give. My B rukia is 9 levels lower than another guy's Mugetsu and they have all the same gear on except his is higher leveled. He also has about 8 reiatsu levels over me. But my B Rukia is still faster thanks to her growth rate.

Remember there is an "natural growth rate" as well.  When it says XXX naturally has higher agility by a certain % it raises the stats invisibly. It is pretty frustrating.... I am good at math and even I gave up trying to figure out the minute details of stat gains. (though, I have been quite busy and diversified in gaming)

maybe i should mention that ... maths is NOT my strength point before we start going Einstein here -.-
anyway this is  hard to understand we have evo/pet/reiatsu/equipment bonus and all and what confuses me is both toshiro and shunsui have hesame agi GR 2.9 but while shunsui is in my formation when i put level 4 agi stone on him he gets like 620 spd while toshiro who is not in my formation when i put the same stone on him he gets 240 spd or something .... don't know what that really means but at this rate it is impossible to figure out the true value of each 1 point of agi/str/wis/sta we have no idea how the system works or if reiatsu effects agi/wis/-/- but without showing up in the partner information ...... hope you got what i mean because i my self have no idea what am talking about xD

Maybe we could check what i wrote up there. It's a little messy but, anyway try removing everything from your partner and just put wisdom acc. and then see if the multiplier is right. I would do it but i don't know how to take the screen shot Try shunsui and his 3.0% wisdom g.r.

in hollow soul it give physical/kido attack not str/wis and i can back up what i said with 2 things
1- have you ever noticed in hollow soul how the def you get is always half the damage you get ? this proves that str/wis is 50/50 between damage and defense
2-i just upgraded my hollow soul for my main and i took a screenshot before and after and i noticed that the wis/str/sta haven't changed at all ! that means the pure damage/hp/speed you get is not related to the growth rates .
again this is just a theory

I think that's not the case. Do you know how much would you get by upgrading a star in hollow soul when you get strenght wisdom etc.
Example +800 physical attack would mean 800 times 4.6. That's off the charts by far. Only if physical attack is not the same as strenght, but is calculated from strenght. That a different pair of shoes. I don't know it's late already to think

I think it's lat's say 2500 basic stenght, and how much growth 4.9, then it's 104.9% of that 2500. Later on you add from acc. and hollow star upgrade, raw strenght, that you sum up and again 104.9%. And the stone percentage comes in the end, on that final number. So a number, 104,9 % that number, and then +24% let's say that increases that number. That's why stones are that important.

Anywhere close with this anybody?

i checked agi and sta and the numbers aren't 100% accurate but they are really close but what i couldn't figure out is how the str and wis work ? are they 50/50 between def and attack or something like that
