I've been playing for a week on a new server so pardon my ignorance.
1. For starters, I see lvl 4 hit stone give 6% hit and lvl 4 dodge stone give 4% dodge. For stats, hit starts at 100% and dodge starts at 0%. A- Is there a formula to this? Or B- does a 106% hit rate negate a 6% dodge and so on?
2. If question 1 answer is B, then there isn't a need to refine for hit rate on equipment for pvp is there? Since hit stones would trump equal level dodge stones and a player wouldn't even have to put hit in all of their equip to counter someone's dodge stones.
3. Do people really put hit rate on their equip? besides cash shop equip and the initial dreadnaught set they give u as lvl up reward, all the armor I've seen only have 2 stats on them. Would players really sacrifice their assaulter's stats of str/agi for str/hit?
4. The same bonus structure applies to break defense and block, where a lvl 4 bd gives 6%, and lvl 4 block gives 4%. However when checking stats they both start from 0%, does that work such as 40% break defense vs 50% block, will have the vanguard blocking 10% of the time? |
