Question about block cap

I believe the cap for block is 90%, if I'm not mistaken, but if the partner, particularly vanguard has a mod that adds additional block plus can surpass block cap, then I believe the limit can be surpassed.  

What I'd like to know is about stark.  If I have a stark with let's say 85% block, and he enters a battle, and then he skills.  From what I've seen in his skill he adds 15% block.  Since he has no block mod, my question is, would the block  become 90% because of the cap or would it be 100%?

Yeah, thats what I meant, 3 spots for the ones who like to break the pattern ^^
I don't see a point to it either but..

v3-a1-s1? TSI, Demon Ichigo, God Stark - Main - Unohana? Or.. Kisuke? Or Shinso Gin? Or.. Good ol' Tavern Rukia? .. Maybe even a 3-2-0 formation ?xD The possibilities are endless o.O
Welp, and if u can afford Hyorimaru, Tensa Zangetsu or Senbon..( which would be questionable, if u couldn't, w/ the 3 vang I mentioned xD) I'd recommend using Tengen Myo'o :3 And perhaps Komamura in the formation xD
It's actualy quite funny to think about :p

i think he means just hav the extra spots open, like how u can use 3 assaults or 3 supports, make it so u can use 3 vans if u want, that would be interesting

Looking at the new One Piece 2 they've just thrown into Open Beta, (Or Wallet killing, Money grinding state) U can see they've got 3 vanguard slots.. Unless that game removed Vanguard/tanks and just gave additional 3 slots for assaulters?..

yeah in UN they have some VGs with like 5% combo too... but the reason is still unrevealed ...

Meh, there are better partners than sexy nanao and as for shura kenpachi he's more pve oriented.  Could use him perhaps with a 1-3-1 formation maybe.

yeah there gotta be a mistake  why a VG would need a huge load of Combo rate ?

Until end game is released (which they never do for these games) you will never know the reason. I wouldn't be surprised of combo rate VG in the future.
