It says 0/6 for set bonus even though I have 2 sets of 6? WHat gives

and what level does soul forging and ability enchanting unlock?

not sure about the ultimate set
for the spirit forging you need to be level 50, and have shadowkill equipment as well as having enough spirit-shadowkill stones. enchanting is also unlocked at level 50 but can only be done to spirit forged equipment
