Skill Growth Rate?

hello guys, what does growth rate of skill means? i mean if you upgrade a skill, what happens to it? does the damge increase?

well if you fortify tengen and use kuma he is even more tanky then normal after every round he get ...

if the skill is 100% then it does the 100% of your normal damage so the same as a normal attack. Any ...

if the skill is 100% then it does the 100% of your normal damage so the same as a normal attack. Anything higher then 100% is going to do more damage. For example if you have a skill that does 200% growth rate this skill will do double the damage of your normal basic attack.
