With senbonzakura - swp Aizen vs swp Kenpachi??

If i would be you...
1. If you are going to spend more make a team 1-3-1 (That you got enough stones for a third assaulter)
Partners i would choise out of : Demon ichigo (Vg), Isshin , Csb Byakuya/Kensei/Berserk/Ulqiorra and for Support Unohana (Stun) or Shinso gin (Harribel+Yoruichi)

2. If you are going to not spend a lot i would try to make 1-3-1 at any cost (Keep hunting Ryoka and Seiretei attack for stones)
Partners i would choise out of : Stark , Isshin , Csb Byakuya and for support Unohana(Stun) or Tavern Aizen (Control)

Your Vg&Assaults are the heart
and your legs are Support for control/heal

well both bya and ulquiorra are good , you choose who to get personnaly i recomend going for csb ken first and getting ulquiorra and upgrading then ken and upgrading and aim for bya
