Yes, if built right he's great,  Hell, I am going to get him as a back up for HM.  But...  Just got Lightshot today, so here's my answer to him...

And yes i know she would like more block stones,  I'm working on that  XDdon't forget, she regens 20% of her HP every round she attacks, and so does her supports...

There is way too much discussion in this thread to read so quickly, but yeah...

She is dramatically tougher, her skill is far more useful (imo), her mods are awesome (8% defense as second mod?? incredible), and her EVO is defensive rather than offensive which is a huge bonus on a VG imo.  

Basically every stat of hers is better than starrk or hollow.

Soph Rang is dramatically better than Starrk.   He's a total waste of silver if you have her.  The amount of times I've needed him as a secondary VG in HM I can count on one hand in a few months now.  And then those times he didn't even help much because he's so much weaker.
