Top Up Event Rules are not clear [Copy URL]

Rule #1 states if I topped up per 200 gold equals one change on the Pyramid. However I topped up more but still only received 2 chances. How do I get help?

i dont get wheat you're trying to say? i topped up 600 got 3 chances as stated.
